Our PCB Design Services have included pcb design projects for a wide variety of computer product applications such as a highly integrated compact single board computer based on the Intel XScale architecture using 1mm, .8mm, and .65mm BGA's, with plans to implement .5mm BGA's on similiar designs. Recently, another design implements chip-on-board with gold wire bonding using sequential build up (SBU) technologies.
